CHEF MAYRA CASILLAS
Walking into Endulza Bake Shop means being greeted immediately by a delightful smell of freshly baked cakes that no one can resist. As a neighborhood bakery that serves the local community, we are committed to using the best ingredients to serve you delicious, handcrafted baked goods. We make custom cakes and pastries for your events. We provide wholesale items for coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. We also teach cake decorating and baking classes! We have it all!

Chef Mayra has used the same recipes for generations, staying true to the original creations and signature products her clients know and love. She started out by making cakes for all types of celebrations right from her own home. She then pursued a higher education at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena in which she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree. She also brings in her Mexican Culture, as well as incorporating our community and our American upbringing into all of the treats we provide in the bakery. Chef Mayra has years of experience with teaching cake decorating classes at corporations such as Michael’s and JOANN. She also taught baking classes for the city of Arcadia and the Riverside Training Center. Chef Mayra’s background has allowed her to pursue her dream of opening her own bake shop and cake studio!
